This question is based on the rate of a reaction with respect to reactants.

The rate of this reaction k can be given as,

K= -∆[A]/2∆t = -∆[B]/5∆t = ∆[C]/3∆t = ∆[D]/4∆t where the number of moles of the compounds are in the denominator.

Hence, with respect to B, the rate is 5k = 5*0.0256

= 0.128 M/s

The rate of the reaction maximally depends on the number of moles of a particular compound in the reaction mixture. More the quantity of a compound, more does it affect the rate.
