Whole milk is 4% w/v milk fat. that mean in 100 ml milk contain 4 gm of fat

then 1000 ml of milk contain fat = 1000 X 4 / 100 = 40 gm

1.0 L of whole millk contain 40 gm of fat

1 liter = 1000 ml

1% milk means in 100 ml diluted milk contian 1% milk and 99% water that mean 1 ml whole milk and 99 ml water.

then 1000 ml diluted milk contain whole milk = 1 X 1000 / 100 = 10 ml whole milk.

Whole milk is 4% w/v milk fat. that mean in 100 ml milk contain 4 gm of fat

then 10 ml of milk contain fat = 10 X 4 / 100 = 0.4 gm

1.0 L of 1% millk contain 0.4 gm of fat
