HCl + NaOH -------> NaCl + H2O

Number of moles of HCl = molarity * volume of solution in L

Number of moles of HCl = 0.160 * 0.025 = 0.004 M

From the balanced equation we can say that

1 mole of HCl requires 1 mole of NaOH so

0.00400 mole of HCl will require 0.00400 mole of NaOH

Molarity of NaOH = number of moles / volume of solution in L

0.120 = 0.004 / volume of solution in L

volume of solution in L = 0.004 / 0.120 = 0.0333 L

1L = 1000 mL

0.0333 L = 33.3 mL

Therefore, the volume of solution is = 33.3 mL
