For example : 3-D Structure of RNA involves knowledge of base pair, loops, base triples, pseudo knots, and other secondary and teritary interactions. As RNA structure is stabilized by non-canonical hydrogen bonds and long-range interactions. Such interaction give rise to unique structural motifs which have highly specific 3-D structure which play important role in determining their interaction.
