Only those can completely dissociated into ions in water can be considered as strong acid, here such one is only perchloric acid, which is HClO4. Others are weak acids, they will dissociate partially into H+ ions in water.

HC2H3O2 is acetic acid, CH3COOH and H2C3H2O4 is malonic acid. both are examples for carboxylic acids.
