4 moles of electrons produces 1 mole of OF2 gas

1 mole of electrons carries charge of 1 Faraday (1F = 96500 C)

4 moles of electrons carries = 4F

4F charge produces 1 mole of OF2 gas

For example

IF they pass 0.480 faradays through solution

4F ---> 1mole of OF2

0.48 F --> 1*0.48 / 4 = 0.12 mole of OF2 gas

1 mole of OF2 gas = 54 gm

0.12 moles of OF2 = 54*0.12 = 6.48 gms

IT means 6.48 gms of OF2 is produced
