nitrogen has lone pair of electrons in it.

priimaryamine (R-NH2)named as alkanamine and incase of double bond it is named as alkenamineand iincase of akyl subsitution prefeixshould be in alphabetical order.

incase of secondary amine( R-NH-R) and teritary are named as N-alkylalkanamine

in this case we have teritary carbon which we named as per IUPAC as N'N'N Triethyl and we have extra ethane group and on the first carbon we have amine group so this can be named as N'N'N Triethyl ethan-1-amine.
