Multiply LioH by 2 and H2O by 2

LHS: 4H, 1S, 6O, 2Li

Na(s) + O2(g) Na2O(s)

The balanced equation is

4 Na(s) + O2(g) 2Na2O(s)

The reason is simply that there are 2 Na atoms for each O atom, but since you started with 2 oxygens you need to maintain that ratio by multiplying the right side by 2 and that gives you 4 Na atoms.
