Given Molarity = 0.120 M

Amount of solute CuNO3= 8.95 g

Number of moles of CuNO3 = 8.95g /125.54 g/mol (molar mass of CuNO3)

= 0.0716 moles

From equation (1)

0.120 M = 0.0716 moles / Volume of solution in L

Volume of the solution = 0.0716 moles / 0.120 M = 0.596 L = 596 mL
