     HCl +   NaOH     -------->     NaCl     +    H2O

   1 mole     1 mole                    1 mole

That means at equalence point 1 mole of HCl completely consumed with 1 mole NaOH, as a result 1 mole of NaCl is formed. From the standard data, when 0.500 M HCl titrated with 0.250 M NaOH which produces 0.250 M NaCl.
