For this experiment vitaminC(ascorbic acid) standard solution is required. prepare the standard solution of vitaminC and standardised with DCIP (Determine how much titrant was required for your standard).
If you needed an average of 20.00 ml of DCIP solution to react 0.250 grams of vitamin C, then you can determine how much vitamin C was in a sample. For example, if you needed 12.00 ml to react your juice 25ml (assumption)
20.00 ml DCIP solution / 0.250 g Vit C = 12.00 ml DCIP solution / X ml Vit C
50.00 X = 12.00
X = 0.24 g Vit C in that sample.
Keep in mind the volume of your sample, so you can make other calculations, such as grams per liter. For a 25 ml juice sample, for example:
0.24 g / 25 ml = 0.24 g / 0.025 L = 12.00 g/L of vitamin C in that sample.
per ml solution divide 12/1000 = 0.012g
