Temperature plays an important role in solubility of compounds in water.
When the temperature is increased , the kinetic energy of the molecules increases and water dislodges more amount of particles from the solid solute surfaces and makes it dissolve in water.
When the gas dissolves into the water , and the temperature is increased , the kinetic energy of the gaseous molecules increases. This causes more number of gas particles to escape from the surface of solution and hence the solubility decreases.
So not all substances which dissolve in water have higher solubility when the temperature is increased.
