Ans :- Two difference between chemical synthesis of polypeptide and synthesis of polypeptide in the living cell are as follows:-

a) Chemical synthesis of polypeptide starts from the carboxyl end of the polypeptide and goes towards the amino end,whereas ,the synthesis of polypeptide in living cell takes place from the amino end and goes towards the carboxyl end.

b) Chemical synthesis of polypeptide can synthesis less protein which are needed only for a reaction whereas the synthesis of polypeptide in living cell produces protein of large strands of thousand amino acid.
