carbon 13 NMR has several advantages over proton NMR in terms of its power to elucidate organic and biochemcial structures.it can provide infromation about the backbone to molecule rather than about the periphery. In additon , the chemcial shifts for 13 C in majority of organic compounds about 200 ppm, compared with proton NMR ( 15ppm) and less overlap is the consequence.

from proton NMR also we can get information in large because multiplicity of signals, where we can not forun din CNMR, because low isotopic abundance (1.1%)
