Limiting reagent comes into the picture when we have more than one reactant.

The reaction of Dehydration of alcohol has only one reactant which is 4-methyl-pentanol here.

Concentrated Sulfuric acid is an acid catalyst which helps the reaction to happen (removal of water) but it is not a reactant as like alcohol.

​In the first step of reaction HSO4-​ is coming out and in thrid step of mechanism is H+ is coming out. So finally H2SO4 is regenerated so it is a catalyst
