Reaction 1 : 1/2 N2 (g) + 3/2 H2 NH3 (g) reaction coefficient Q1

Reaction 2 : 2 NH3 (g) N2 (g) + 3 H2 (g)       reaction coefficient Q2

If we reverse reaction 1, we get

Reaction 3 : NH3 (g) 1/2 N2 (g) + 3/2 H2 (g) reaction coefficient Q3 = 1/Q1

If we multiply reaction 3 by a factor of 2, we get

Reaction 4 : 2 NH3 (g) N2 (g) + 3 H2 (g)     reaction coefficient Q4 = (1/Q1)2

Reaction 2 and reaction 4 are same

Hence Q2 = (1/Q1)2
