Comment in detail on the analysis time between HPLC and GC

HPLC and GC both are used for analysis the sample... but there is so many parameter to differentiate between them.. first of all 1.Mobile phase.. in hplc mobile phase is made of liquid generally of organic solvent while in GC, mobile phase is gas including helium, nitrogen, argon.2:

2. sample.... hplc is best for analysis salt sample.. while GC is used for volatile compound.3 Temperature : Hplc requires normal temperature ie room temperature.. while GC requires too high temperature... so there is need a oven to operate this technique...
