Answer #1

In the NH3, H2O, AsH3, al have a lone pair of electron residing on the central atom. The lone pair repulsion causes the bond angle to reduce. Whereas CH4, although has no lone pair of electron, the carbon is sp3 hybridised (tetrahrdral geometry) and thus the bond angle is 109 degree 28'. In BH3, the boron center is already electron deficient, and the lone pair of electron is unavailable for repulsion.

Thus, H-B-H bond angle is 120 degree and is the highest among all the others.
