You will prepare 1 mL of 1% (m/v) solutions for each analgesic standard:
Caffeine in ethanol
Aspirin in methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE)
Acetaminophen in MTBE
Ibuprofen in MTBE
8:1:1 MTBE: ethyl acetate:methanol mixture
6:3:1 MTBE:ethyl acetate:methanol mixture.
3:2 MTBE:ethyl acetate
Acetonitrile
4:1 acetonitrile:ethyl acetate
