Advantage

The best advantage of using this synthesis is that,a larger pack of molecules can be synthesized using this method. Many molecules that cannot be synthesized using conventional method can be synthesized using this method.

Disadvantage

Eventhough a library of molecules are made, the correct steotype and the perfect hit of molecules are not often obtained completely by this method. All the molecules may not have the same stereotype. Atmost care should be taken for the synthesis. Also the byproducts formed interfere with the molecule and the we may not obtain the required product atlast.
