The resulted sequence aligned against Nucleotide blast and create phylogenetic tree to identify nearest species of suspect. We identify our suspect species matches with Ceratotherium simum. The White rhinoceros , which is illegal to sell on the commercial market, was detected.

But I can suggest you to focus mainly on use of barcode in conservation of endangered species to improve their conservation and to do that how can you use this barcodes to save the endangered species from illegal trafficking.

Also you can report the this barcode and can be used directly for identification of White rhinoceros to stop the illegal trafficking.

In this way your paper will get the more credit rather than only reporting the adulterarion of meat in local market.
