Pruning is an important part of keeping your trees healthy.Pruning is a practice involving the selective removal of some parts of a plant,eg. branches,roots.The practice targeted removal of diseased, damaged, dead, non-productive.

First step in pruning:Remove broken, dead, dying, or damaged branches.

Make cut on the underside of the branch,The cut should be around 10 inches away from the branch collar.It Improves the plants over all health- Frequently removing older stems encourages a plant to put energy into new growth, thus keeping the plant young.
