When do we see redox reactions during the Calvin cycle? What product has gained electrons? Does it have more potential energy before or after gaining electrons?
Redox reaction during Calvin cycle occur during the conversion of phosphoglyceric acid to glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate. Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate accept electrons which are donated from NADPH. After accepting electrons, it produced and now it has more potential energy.
