When performing reactions with 0.2 nM Pyruvate Kinase, he measured the Km and Vmax and found that they equal 0.5 mM and 20 mM/s, respectively.  Draw a double-reciprocal (Lineweaver-Burke) plot for these data; be sure to label the axes with names, units, and values.

This is a lineweaver-burk plot. It is called as double reciprocal plot because it is plotted by taking the reciprocal of substrate concentration on the x-axis and reciprocal of velocity on the y-axis.

The x-intercept of the curve gives the value of negative reciprocal of Km and the y-intercept gives the value of reciprocal of maximum velocity.
