Functions of Spliceosome:

-The spliceosome is a machine of large and complex cells located inside the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. The spliceosome is synthesized from small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) and approximately 80 proteins.

-The spliceosome removes the introns to the pre-mRNA transcript, the primary transcriptional type.
The spliceosome prints the non-coding introns from the original mRNA transcript, and binds the experiments together in a mature mRNA transcript.

-Spliceosomes of multimegadalton RNA-proteins show reliable removal of noncoding components (introns) from pre-messenger RNAs, a critical process for the maturation of eukaryotic mRNAs for ribosome translation.
