Capsid : it is made of proteins. Capsid is the protein shell that houses it's genetic material. It has oligomeric structural subunits composed of protein.
Genome : it is made of either DNA or RNA. These molecules could be double or single stranded. Every viruses consists of a nucleic acid genome. The capsid shields the genome.
Envelope : it is made up of phospholipid bilayer & proteins. The lipds are derived from the cell membrane of the host. We usually consider the envelope as a "lipid envelope".
