                  Kinesins are motor protiens that transport such cargo by walking unidirectionally along microtubule tracks hydrolysing one molecule of Adenosine Triphoshate (ATP) at each step . It is that ATP hydrolysis powered, each step the energy released proppelling the head forwards to each next step.That is according to the theory in the question when ATP hydrolised it become unstable and reactive which possessing high energy which becomes spontaneously stable over time by moving forwrd with its cargo.Thus the question is solved .
