Answer #1

Innate immunity

They are also known as native immunity. It is the resistance to microbial infection that an individual possess by virtue of its genetic makeup. They are of two types_specific and non specific. They does not possess any immunological memory. They develops very quickly.Specificity is very less.

Adaptive immunity

They are also known as acquired immunity. It is the resistance acquired by an individual during its are life. They of two types_active and passive. They do possess immunological response. They develops slowly. They are highly specific.
