What sort of problems associated with acclimitazation of TC plantlets into open field conditions? Discuss all aspects including genetical and environmental factors.

* Acclimatization is nothing but adaptation of an organism to a new climate. In this case acclimatization is done on plants by a method called "Tissue culture".

* There are some sort of problems occured due to this process like :- Environmental factors :-

1) Due to harsh weather conditions the seedlings get damaged and the experiment results get spoiled.

2) The seedlingd may get effected due to some diseases.

3) If nutrients not supplied properly may lead to disorders like -damping off , - nitrogen deficiency , -born deficiency etc.

And many other reasons like vitrification, post culture behaviour etc.

Genetical factors :- 1) The viability of a seed may get degenerated due to change in the climate .

2) Seed vigourity may also get effected.

3) Acclimatization may also lead to phenotypical damage to the plants. This is causes inability to germinate.
