Explain-- At the start of the elongation the anticodon of f-met t-RNA is H2  bounded to the AUG initiation codon in the peptydal(p site) site of the ribosome. The next codon in the m-RNA is the aminoacyl site (A). Next appropriate aminoacyl t-RNA binds to the codon in the A site.
