Answer #1

When the person accumulates more than the required amount of fat in his / her body , it leads to a condition called as obesity. In obese individuals the BMI (Body Mass Index) increases more than 30kg/m2.

Obesity must not be under-rated , as it is done manier times , because it causes severe health related disorders, such as diabetes , cardiovascular diseases , osteoarthritis , depress , sleep apnea etc. It can also cause certain types of cancer , if not treated on time.

It can usually be prevented or at the most treated by diet and exercising.
