However, for collagen biosynthesis, one must take vitamin C, A, and omega fatty acids which will stimulate collagen productions much more, eating healthier nuts, fish such as salmon, tuna, grass-fed cattle meet, carrots, sweet potatoes will stimulate collagen biosynthesis much faster than eating collagen-rich foods alone. therefore, it is always suggested to balance meet rich diet with other supplements which will provide vitamin A and C.
