Obesity: It is state being grossly fat or overweight.
National institute of health defines obesity and overweight in BMI is as follows
BMI (Body mass index) is 30 or higher than that then it is obsity. But if it is lower than that then between 25 to 29.5 is overweight.
Obesity can be prevent by following ways:
1. Eat more vegetables, fruit and nuts.
2. Excercise everyday atleast half an hour daily.
3. Use vegetable based oils instead of animal based fat.
4. Avoid to eat fatty and suagar foods.
