Three general areas of problems in Air Conditioning system :-

1)Low Refrigerant : The refrigerant is the stuff which is used to remove the humidity from the air.If there is some leakage in the refrigerant lines,the deficiency of refrigerant may occur and the air may not be cooled properly.

2)Frozen Evaporator coils : The evapoator coil is filled with refrigerants.It absorbs the heat from the air.The coils need warm air circulating around these to work properly.When abnormal airflow occurs and evaporator coils get too cold,a layer of ice can build up outside.In that case it will start to give warm air.

3)Leaking Ducts : The ducts which carry cooled air from the air conditioner run through the walls and ceilings.If there is hole in the duct,the cool air may enter the wall and required amount of cool air will not reach to the room.
