Since the person is already presented with fat embolism and CAD there are accumulation of fat deposits called plaque narrows the arteries in this person. When hemorrhage occurs there is loss of blood and the arteries constrict leading to the breaking of the plaque which results in the formation of a clot. This reduces the availability of oxygen towards the heart tissues causing their damage. This can lead to myocardial infarction or heart attack leading to death.
