Sleeping sickness is the disease which is found in tropical Africa and is transmitted through the protozoan of Trypanosoma gambiense. Dengue is caused due to the Ades agypti which is arbovirus. Plage is caused to Yersinia pestis and it is firstly transmitted through the rats.

Syphilis is mainly caused by the spirochete treponema pallidum. Symptoms of syphilis are fever, chills and swollen joints and skin rash.

Trichinosis trichuria causes helmenthiasis which mainly act on large intestine of human.

Hence option (a) is correct.
