Ans : ( a ) S.A.node

Adrenaline is a biogenic amine hormone secreted by adrenal medulla on stimulation of sympathetic nervous system for meeting an emergency and reinforcing its role. It influences skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles, smooth muscles and fat cells. It is also called emergency hormone or hormone for fight , flight and fright ( triple F ) . Adrenaline increases blood supply to muscles and heart by constriction of spleen for pouring reserve blood and constriction of arterioles. Cardiac output increases due to increased rate and force of heart beat.
