Endergonic reactions are the reactions which dont liberate energy but consumes energy. In this type of reaction, free energy of reactants is very low as compared to products. Free energy of transition state is more than that of reactants as well as products. Difference in energy of transition state and reactants is called activation energy. Enzymes dont lower energy of reactants or products but lower the activation energy thus lowers the energy of transition state.
