Describe in some detail how does the heart and vessels respond to the demands of exercise? Cardiac Output and volume etc.

Answer #1

While doing exercise many physiological changes occur to maintain enough supply of oxygen to the muscles for performing work. Generally the vessel are widened and narrow to control blood supply. Regular exercise keeps vessels healthy. During exercise the heart rate is increased subsequently the carduac output or volume in also increase in response to increased demand of O2. Also the by product released such as CO2 and adenosine dilate the blood vessel decreasing tge hindrance called vasodilation and also the vessels of nonessential tissue are constricted to balance the vasodilation by sympathetic response and maintain the O2 supply.
