Scientific inquiry is a process of using evidence from observations and investigations to create logical explanations and answer questions.

It challenges current conceptual understandings so they are forced to reconcile anomalous thinking and construct new understandings. These are dispositions needed to promote and justify decisions. It gives a whole new idea, approach to explain and discover things.
