Answer #1

Answer : Simple Columnar Epithelium

These are large epithelial cells which is specialized for absorption, and are commonly found in areas where there is considerable wear and tear, such as the digestive tracts of amphibian Amphiuma. The outer layer of the villi  of the amphibian Amphiuma under low power microscope gives the structure of simple columnar epithelium. Under high power, the pink cells scattered among the epithelial cells are mucous-secreting goblet cells.
