(a).According to Bertrand Russell, value of discipline of philosophy lies in the fact that the philosophy helps in the understanding about the cosmic concept ,it's meaning and it's existence and the ethical ,spiritual urgency.

(b) Yes, am agree . It is because when we are talking about the protection of philosophy directly we are protecting our livelihood and philosophy never criticises any tradition or any sacred object like book etc.

(c) philosophy has too much value beyond our practical consideration as it help in making a person life full of happiness and confident.A philosophical mind has an awareness about the things happening nearby to them.
