Lamarckian theory of Inheritance: it states that acquired traits of one generation are passed on to next generation.
Ans 2: Different cells have the same DNA and set of genes , yet they have different roles and Phenotype because only certain genes are specifically activated in a cell and , different genes are active in different cells . Thus they make different products (protein) and express different phenotype.
