PKU is an autosomal recessive genetic disorder, that means both copies of the gene are mutated in each cell. It is an inherited disorder where there is increased levels of phenylalanine present in the blood, ehich means reduced metabolism of phenylalanine. When both parents are heterozygous (carriers) for PKU, then 25% chance that children will inherit PKU, a 50% chance that child will be a carrier, and a 25% chance that child will neither inherit disorder nor be a carrier.

therefore, if parents are homozygous dominant, then there will be 0% chance of offspring that inherit PKU.
