Answer #1

Protogynous species are those species in which femal sex organ developed earlier than male sex organ. Whereas in protoandrous conditions, the male sex organ developed earlier.

The protogynous species have more reproductive ourput than the protoandrous condition. Because when the females sex organ developed earlier than male sex organ, then the chances of fertilisation of female gamete is more. Where as in protoandrous condition, the chancea of fertilisation of female gamete is less because male sex organ developed earlier than female sex organ.
