Sigma factors are the factors which recognise the specific sequence present in DNA for transcription. As there are several types of Sigma factors like Sigma factor 32 , Sigma factor 70 . As any stress conditions are present in environment the requirements of cell change and different Sigma factor is used for transcription. This change lead to change in mRNA which ultimately form a different protein. As we know proteins are the main and structural , functional units of cell as these structures change their is always a change in cellular differentiation.
