Answer #1

Explain the how the closed complex was created

The formation of closed complex was as a result of the promoter that would bind to the rna polymerase, which form a part of the initiation pathway, closed complexes would be formed as being a rate limiting step. The formation of the closed complex will be done by the GAL4-VP16 complex. ATP will be hydrolysed so as to melt DNA that is present in the closed complex, to result in formation of the open complex. The closed complex can be identified as the stage where, after the rna polymerase is bound to the DNA. The closed complex is where the DNA read is there on the template strand, placed between the terminator and the +1 strand, where the terminator gets p transcribed in rna, gets translated intoprotein. At this stage, the DNA is referred to as being a closed complex, with the DNA and the holoenzyme or wound form.
