Ans. Grief, depression and anxiety can lead to under-eating. A lot depends on a person's mood that, what will he eat, when will he eat, how will he eat or will he even eat or not. Many of the nutrients in food affect the emotional centres of our brain and reducing these nutrients or affecting their balance has an bad effect on mood. It may cause panic attacks on people. It is not just important to take care of the food we eat but also we need get rid of the stress to get out of this probem.
