Some of the very common symptoms of psychological mal health
are:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: inability to focus,
impulsive behavior, excessive activity
- Anxiety/Panic Disorder: fear of impending bad things
- Withdrawl
- Apathy- decrease in desire to participate in things
- Bipolar disorder: cycling between emotional phases, sometimes
heightened emotions and at others being lethargic and sad
- depression
- a nervous feeling
A psychologically healthy person might not show the above
mentioned symptoms.
