Some of the very common symptoms of psychological mal health are:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: inability to focus, impulsive behavior, excessive activity
  • Anxiety/Panic Disorder: fear of impending bad things
  • Withdrawl
  • Apathy- decrease in desire to participate in things
  • Bipolar disorder: cycling between emotional phases, sometimes heightened emotions and at others being lethargic and sad
  • depression
  • a nervous feeling

A psychologically healthy person might not show the above mentioned symptoms.
