Since development and evolevolu are not the short term phenomenon. It is long term changes and retention of characters and a no. Of factors contribute in the development. A organism may have ability to survive in adverse conditions due to character obtained from his parent or may have aquired character due to ecoloecolo adaptatada or mutations.
